How Can Campers Personalize Their Summer at AstroCamp?

Specialty Week gives campers a focused, themed experience at our Southern California sleepaway camp in the San Jacinto Mountains. Each track includes four daily activity periods filled with hands-on learning, outdoor adventure, and creative exploration.

Themed Tracks Full of Adventure

Campers choose a track aligned with their interests, from outdoor challenges to creative arts or immersive role-play, and spend the week exploring, creating, hiking, and collaborating with a small group of peers.

Electives to Mix Things Up

Alongside their track, campers choose electives like climbing, astronomy, mountain biking, robotics, or arts and crafts. This mix lets campers personalize their week even further and try a wide variety of activities.

Small Groups, Big Memories

Tracks are intentionally kept small, helping campers build confidence, form friendships, and enjoy a more connected group experience. For families who want to know more about cabins, meals, schedules, and arrival day, our Parent Guide has everything you need.
